Many of the artworks we offer are one-of-a-kind and each shipment
represents a challenge in packing and shipping to ensure safe arrival to
you. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. All items are insured for shipping. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged unless you have previously notified us that damage occurred in shipping and provided the required information. Should damage occur, keep the broken item, the box, and all of the packing materials together
in order to obtain a refund. Please send along an
image of the damaged piece with your email. We will be in touch with you with exact instructions to follow to return the item to us. You are responsible for return shipping and/or reshipping costs if damage is not an issue.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used via PayPal during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged and we have not been notified of shipping damage within 30 calendar days from purchase or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. We suggest photos be taken upon receipt of your package to substantiate safe arrival.
